SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
2. 1 whole orange, peeled
3. 1 tablespoon goji berries
4. 1 teaspoon chia seed
5. 250 ml (1 cup) water, or coconut water or apple juice
6. 2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI or Organic Pea Protein
Preparation:
COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender. BLEND until smooth
smooth + creamy.
