SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE



    


INGREDIENTS:

1. 150 g (1 cup) mixed frozen berries 
2. 1 whole orange, peeled
3. 1 tablespoon goji berries
4. 1 teaspoon chia seed
5. 250 ml (1 cup) water, or coconut water or apple juice
6. 2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Native WPI or Organic Pea Protein

Preparation:

COMBINE all the ingredients into a blender. BLEND until smooth smooth + creamy.
What it’s good for:
 high in protein, fiber + nutrients to help keep you full + support a healthy metabolism
